In the event of a claim in terms of the policy, you must do the following:

i. Report the incident to Worldwide Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd (WWAS) by phoning 083 123 6084 or emailing: MTNcorporate@admyntec.co.za as soon a reasonably possible after the discovery of the loss or damage. Within 30 (thirty) days of the loss or damage you must have reported and supplied all relevant information and details of the claims WWAS have requested, or your claim may be repudiated.

ii. As soon as possible following a loss by theft, you must report the incident to your service provider (MTN) and arrange for the SIM card to be deactivated and your insured item must be blacklisted, if applicable. Failure to do so will lead to your claim being rejected.

iii. In the event of a stolen or lost insured item you must report the occurrence to the South African Police Services, within 48 hours and to any other Police Service in any other country. Documentary evidence of a police reference number must be obtained and sent to WWAS together with the completed claim form.
