To sign an MTN Contract in store, you'll need the following:
- Proof of residence (e.g., levy statement or electricity bill)
- Proof of income
- Three months' bank statements
To set up MTN Voicemail, dial 132 and follow
the prompts to record your personal greeting.
To set up MTN Call Line Identity, call
135 to activate the service if you're on MTN Contract. The service is set up automatically
for MTN PayAsYouGo customers.

Register online for My MTN now, and you can
use the same profile, username and password for your
My contract (MTN Active) and
My shop accounts.
