    Service Description

    Europ Assistance implemented a CALL ME SERVICE, which is easy to use and made possible for all MTN 112 deaf and speech impairment clients when in an emergency situation

    It is not always possible to call the MTN 112 Contact Centre in an emergency situation, possibly due to the communication constraints by the client at the time or due to available mobile airtime/data constraints. For convenience and peace of mind, Europ Assistance implemented a USSD Call Back facility that provides the solution. This service is available to all MTN 112 deaf and speech impairment clients at no cost.

    The Call ME Service has three options to select from as follows:

    How to use the CALL ME SERVICE

    It only takes two easy steps:

    1. Save the following number *130*3272*29# as a contact on your phone under MTN112 or Europ Assistance or a name you will remember for emergencies;

    2. When you are in an emergency situation, press on this number and select the service option. A SMS message will be sent to the MTN 112 Emergency Contact Centre who will communicate the requested emergency to the relevant service provider. A SMS will be sent to inform the client that his/her service was requested within the agreed emergency SLA timelines.
